The client was being investigated by OIG and the United States Attorney’s office. Over a several-year period and interviews with the United States Attorney’s office, the client was cleared of any criminal wrongdoing.
The client was proposed for removal for the underlying criminal allegations. The agency DID NOT REMOVE the client. The client retired with his full retirement.
